All mechanical, electrical and pneumatic designs are done in-house. Our in-house machining and fabrication department allows us to provide all custom components for your equipment without the use of outside sources.

Direct Automation is in the metro Chicago area of Illinois, providing a central location that is easily accessible from practically anywhere in North America. We are a short 50-minute drive from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport providing a convenient access for our customers.

Our 12,000 square foot engineering, manufacturing and assembly facility can provide everything from single automated machines to complete production lines.
